I’m Beth-anne, founder of BReal.
I didn’t come into this work by accident. I completed a law degree and quickly realised my passion sat elsewhere — in mental health, mindset, and helping people understand themselves.
I’ve lived alongside mental health, seen how deeply it can affect individuals and families, and learned first-hand just how powerful the mind can be — both for us and against us. That lived experience, alongside my professional training, shapes everything I do.
I believe real change doesn’t come from judging yourself or trying to “fix” who you are. It comes from understanding how your mind works — and learning how to work with it, not against it.
How I Work
My approach is warm, real, and non-judgemental.
I create honest, supportive spaces where people can talk openly, reflect, and learn practical tools they can genuinely use in everyday life. There’s no pressure, no overwhelm — just clear understanding and small shifts that create real change.
This is mindset work that stays with you because it finally clicks.
What I Do
Through 1–1 coaching, wellbeing workshops, and motivational speaking, I help people understand their mind, take control of their inner voice, and break patterns that keep them stuck.
The work I do introduces ways of thinking about the mind that most people have never been taught before. Once people understand this, things begin to shift — confidence grows, emotions feel more manageable, and life starts to feel lighter and more in control.
This isn’t surface-level motivation or recycled advice. It’s psychology-informed insight, explained simply, in a way that actually makes sense and sticks.
My Training & Background
My work is informed by both lived experience and professional training, including:
Life Coaching Diploma
Level 7 Graduate Diploma in Psychology & Wellbeing (Master’s level, without dissertation)
Level 4 Counselling Qualification
Diploma in CPTSD & Trauma
Alongside this, I have years of experience delivering coaching and mental wellbeing work across different settings.
